When will tickets go on sale?
The UK Athletics Indoor Championships will take place on the weekend of Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd February 2025 at the Utilita Arena Birmingham.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available via the ‘Buy Now’ button above.
You will be directed to the AXS website. AXS are the official ticketing partner of the Utilita Arena Birmingham and they will be selling all tickets for this event.
How do I request accessible tickets?
Wheelchair positions are available around the arena at Category C pricing and include a free companion ticket.
Ambulant disabled seating is also available around the arena with prices varying depending on the seat location. A free companion ticket is also available should you be unable to attend the event without assistance.
Accessible tickets will be available online if you have an Access / Nimbus Card. You can register for a free Access Card here.
If you do not have an Access Card you can call the accessibility team on 0800 640 5001 (open Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm and 11am – 5pm on Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Calls are free from UK landlines and mobiles.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You will be able to purchase up to 9 tickets online.

What age range is a junior ticket?
Junior tickets are available for those aged 16 years and under.
Children aged 16 years or under must be accompanied to the event by an adult.
Children aged 2 years or under do not require a ticket but must sit on their parent/guardian’s knee.
What age do I need to be to qualify for a senior ticket?
Our senior concession tickets are available for spectators aged 65 years and over.
Are student tickets available?
Yes student tickets are available. ID and/or proof of student status may be required to gain entry to the venue.
Can I pick where I want to sit?
Yes simply select the block you would like and then the row and seat from the blue available seats.
Can I purchase tickets for both days?
If you wish to attend both days you can select the Multi Day option. This will allow you to select the best available seats for each day in one transaction. Please note you will be able to select your preferred price but not specific seats with this option. If you want to pick specific seats you will need to purchase both days in separate transactions.
Will competing athletes receive tickets?
Athletes who are competing at the event will be able to apply for two complimentary tickets for their family and friends. Once they have accepted their invitation they will be sent a code to claim their two complimentary tickets and purchase any additional tickets. If an athlete is competing on both days they will receive two codes for two complimentary tickets each day.
Athletes that qualify for finals on Sunday will be able to collect two complimentary tickets from the Box Office near Entrance E on Sunday morning.
Is there a hospitality package available?
There is not a hospitality package available for this event.
What are restricted view tickets?
There are several areas around the arena where your sight line may be restricted in some way. This could be because of the height of the track and/or the raised bends; it could be a safety barrier or platform. These seats are classed as restricted view and may be available to purchase at a reduced cost.
Any seats that have more severe sight line issues will not be available for sale.
I haven’t received my priority link to purchase tickets/my priority link isn’t working?
The emailing containing the priority ticket link will be sent on the evening of Wednesday (16th October). Please check your spam or junk folders if you haven’t received it.
Please ensure you are using Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari to open the ticket link on Friday morning. Microsoft internet explorer is no longer compatible with the ticketing site.
Refresh the page and clear your browsing history if you are still seeing the holding page after 10am on Friday.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be made available approximately 5 days before the event on the AXS mobile app. AXS will send you an email to let you know when your tickets are available.
Please ensure you have downloaded the app before arriving at the venue.
Can I resell tickets if I can no longer attend the event?
If you can no longer attend the event, you can transfer your tickets on to friends and family via the AXS mobile app.
Alternatively, you can list your tickets on the official fan to fan resale platform.

What disciplines take place on each day?
The event taking place on each day can be found below.
Please note this is subject to change.
If you have purchased tickets for a specific event and it is changed to the opposite day you will be able to swap your tickets (subject to availability).
The event timetable will be released approximately one month before the event.
Where is best to see what events?
One of the best things about coming to an athletics event is that you are never far away from the action, with multiple events happening at the same time and spread around the arena there is always something to watch.
In the arena every seat gives you an excellent view of the action.
If you love to watch the fastest athletes in the UK, the 60 metres track is in the middle of the floor with excellent views from both sides of the arena.
To see the long and triple jumpers charging down the runway the best seats to choose are in blocks 10 -12. The best place to watch the shot put is in blocks 1 & 2 or 11 & 12.
If the pole vault is more your thing, then blocks 1 – 3 are for you, whilst blocks 4 – 6 offer the best view of the high jump.
And of course, not leaving out the endurance races where any seat in the arena is great to cheer on the athletes as they complete laps of the track.
Will there be a screen installed in the arena?
Following feedback from last years event we are working with the arena to get a screen installed. This is likely to be a data information screen showing start lists & results. The location of the screen is still to be confirmed but it will be at the South end of the arena.
Will there be the same sight line issues to the track from the lower tier seats as this year (2024)?
We have worked with the arena to ensure that the seating configuration in the lower tier has returned to that similar to 2023 event and not the configuration from this year (2024) where there was some sight line issues to the track.
Where and when will the event take place?
The event will take place at the Utilita Arena Birmingham, formally the National Indoor Arena, and is expected to run between approximately 11:25 – 19:30 on Saturday 22nd February and between approximately 11:30 – 17:00 on Sunday 23rd February. Please note all timings are subject to change.
How should I travel to the Arena?
We advise that you plan your journey to and from the arena in advance and always follow the relevant guidance.
The arena is located within Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone. Daily charges apply to vehicles entering the zone which do not comply with the zone’s criteria.

Is parking available at the Arena?
The arena has on-site parking across three car parks – North, South and West. The West car park is for pre-booked customers only.
The South and West car parks are serviced by lifts to each floor, with accessible parking located on level 11, giving direct access to the arena entrances. The North car park has no lift facility, with all accessible spaces being located on level 9, close to Entrance G.

Other car parks are available nearby, the closest being in Brindley place, which you can access via Sheepcote Street or Cambridge Street, just a quick walk from the Arena.
What security measures will be in place and what can I bring into the arena?
All spectators will undergo a bag check and airport style body scanners before entering the arena. Please arrive in plenty of time to get through these security and ticket checks.
You are able to bring one small bag into the arena, with a maximum of two compartments, no larger than A4 size – 21cm x 30cm x 19cm. This bag must be capable of fitting under a seat and must accommodate all possessions except your coat or outer clothing. Rucksacks are not permitted.

Will food and drink facilities be available inside the arena?
Food and drink kiosks will be available at the event.
A small amount of cold food for personal consumption can be brought into the venue. Sealed plastic bottles of water or juice under 500ml are permitted but no glass bottles, cans, flasks including hard sided water bottles or picnic hampers are allowed.
Strictly no alcohol is permitted to be brought into the stadium.
Please be aware that the Utilita Arena Birmingham is a cashless venue.
